Through this site we aim to provide informative and comprehensive information regarding Australian Karate, both Nationally and Internationally.

All members of the A.K.F. are linked to over 160 countries worldwide as the A.K.F. is the Australian member of the World Karate Federation (W.K.F.). The W.K.F. has full Olympic recognition and conducts the official Senior and Junior/Cadet World Championships on alternate years.

Other benefits is ready access to coaching and officiating courses and subsequent qualifications. We are the Government recognised body to conduct NCAS (coaching) and NOAS (officiating) accreditation courses.
