Fareed has travelled with Glenn Stephenson Shihan to Japan on two occasions Tokyo in 1999 & Osaka in 2007.

Damith Bandara Sensei started training at the KAJ in Glebe while doing english course in Australia enjoyed the time training with Glenn Stephenson Shihan and decided to learn Gojuryu Karate do.
Damith Sensei has trained in Australia twice with his first journey he took JKF Gojukai Exam and on the second occasion brought the SriLanka Team team to Australia for the Australian Open Event where they took back 2 silver and 3 bronze.
Damith Sensei reguarly trains with Glenn Stephenson via the internet to keep his training to a standard that other instructors admire.

Kain's martial arts career began in 1993 in ju-jitsu at the Australian Academy of Self Defense.
In 1996 Kain began karate, during this time he has learnt from a number of great martial artists, these influences led him to compete in full contact tournaments and ring fights, successful at state and national levels.
In 2002 Kain began training under the guidance of Jamie Duggan Sensei, close friend and peer from the previous 6 years of their martial arts histories.
As Jokyo/ Assistant Instructor of Nemesis Dojo Kain was a driving force in the decision that lead too the Club joining the Seiwakai family, he is dedicated to his training and teaching at a high level, pursuing the true comprehension of the ever evolving art and it's applications.

Chris joined Goju Ryu Karate do Seiwakai in 2007 and remains an enthusiastic member of the organisation. He has trained with a variety of teachers over the years, having an active involvement with a range of fighting disciplines. He also holds dan ranking in iaido and trains in tai jutsu and bo jutsu in Japan.

Phil joined Goju Ryu Karate do Seiwakai in 2007 and co runs the Penrith Dojo with Glenn Stephenson Shihan he is a hard worker and loves his karate training. Phil also co runs a dojo at Londonderry with Glyn Irland and son Dayle. Phil also does Kobudo with Bob Wilson on a Saturday where his enthuiasum has been passed on to the students.

Alan started in Judo, under Terry Halpin, while at school until 1980.
In 1991 he started training in Goju Ryu under the tutelage of Sensei Barry Lineham (IGKA Yamaguchi Goju Kai karate-do). In 1998, after many years of hard training he was awarded Shodan (1st Dan Black Belt) by Paul Starling Shihan.
Moving to the USA, in 2003, He trained in Muso Chishin Ryu Heiho style under Shihan Keith Seal. Alan returned to Australia December 2005.
In 2006 after doing a Seminar with Glenn Stephenson and Leo Lipinski Shihan in Brisbane, he joined the Gojuryu Karate do Seiwakai. In the years he has been associated with Shihan Glenn Stephenson Shihan. He has had the honour of training under many Shihans including Shuji Tasaki Hanshi, Seiichi Fujiwara Saiko Shihan (Japan), Leo Lipinski Shihan UK, Vassie Naidoo Shihan USA, Paul Coleman Shihan UK and 2 times JKF Gojukai Champion, Hagen Neumman (Germany).
Alan has continued his development in teaching others and In 2011 opened the Bald Hills Dojo, North Brisbane.

Gordon joined Goju Ryu Karate do Seiwakai in 2006 and runs the Tudor Park Branch, formally with IGK under Tino Cebrano and GKR Karate. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and hold the position of Secretary for Gojuryu Karate do Seiwakai Australia Queensland Branch.. Gordon also does Okinawa Kobudo and Kudo.

Amanda started GKR Karate (GOKANRYU) in June 2003 and he taught classes (children and adults) for GKR Karate from 2004-2007. In November 2007 she left GKR Karate at shodan (Black Belt) level and started with Hoshindo under Rod Martin. She graded to Gojuryu Karate do Seiwakai Shodan (Black Belt) in September 2008.
Amanda went to Omagari, Japan for Gojuryu Karate do Seiwakai Training camp that is held in far north west Japan July August each year she went for the first time in 2008 and has returned every year since.
She moved to the UK in December 2008 and begun training with Kiwaminaki Kai under Joanna Britton Sensei in January 2009. She trained with them until January 2013 achieving Shodan (Black Belt) in 2009 and Nidan (2nd Dan Black Belt) in December 2011. She then graded to Gojuryu Karate do Seiwakai Nidan (2nd Dan Black Belt)in the UK November of 2012.
Amanda has returned to Brisbane January 2013 and training with Gojuryu Karate do Seiwakai Australia under the guidance of Iyan Mackenzie Shihan. She graded to JKF Gojukai Shodan (1st Dan Black Belt) 2nd March 2013.
Amanda, has continued training with the guidence of Glenn Stephenson Shihan and will soon teach GOJURYU Karate in her own Dojo, in Brisbane.

Naomi, started karate in late 2000 with GKR Karate (GOKANRYU) with her 8 year old son. Left GKR Karate in 2003 as 5th Kyu. 2003-2007 Trained with Yu Ki Do grading to Shodan (1st Dan Black Belt). 2007 Damien Seidel, Peter Phillips, Ian Giurco and Naomi, left Yu Ki Do to start their own club with a view to affiliating with a larger group in the long term. They started Nin Tai Karate, and Naomi also started teaching for the club. 2008 Nin Tai Karate affiliated with Ho Shin Do Karate, achieved Shodan (1st Dan Black Belt) grading with Ho Shin Do. In February 2010, Joined Seiwakai and continued the journey. Currently under the guidance of Rod Martin Shihan of Hoshin Do Dojo Adelaide, South Australia. Adam first started Gojuryu under George Berounis (IKO) Miagikan Gojuryu Karate do he achieved 1st Kyu Brown Belt.
Adam after moving to Rosemeadow started karate with his kids in February 2008 at the Karate Academy of Japan Goju Ryu Seiwakai, Rosemeadow Dojo teaching at this Dojo was Glenn Stephenson Shihan and Fareed Mills Sensei.
Adam trains Tuesday nights at Rosemeadow Dojo and Thursday nights at Elderslie Dojo with Michael Patrick Shihan. He also enjoys dojo kumite and kata.
Adam is the Dojo instructor for Elderslie & Camden Dojo.

Michelle started her martial arts career in 2000 with GKR Karate (GOKANRYU) and has trained in a variety of sports karate clubs, she was introduced to Glenn Stephenson Shihan and has been a passionate member of Goju Ryu Karate do Sewiakai Australia ever since. In 2011 she sought guidance from Glenn Stephenson Shihan and she joined Brisbane Gojukai Dojo (Nemesis Dojo) in Brisbane under the leadership of Jamie Duggan Shihan and Kain Johnson Sensei. With their guidance, her martial arts development has progressed to another level including participating in Black Gi Grading and being the first women for the right to wear Black Gi, in the Nemisis Dojo.
Through the many opportunities provided by Glenn Stephenson Shihan, Michelle had the privilege to train with the great Shuji Tazaki Hanshi before his passing. Michelle is a regular participant in the Annual International Gojuryu training camp held in Omagari, Japan.
Michelle is sporting enthusiasts and has competed professionally and represented Australia in a variety of sports. Combined with her martial arts knowledge, she is committed to her training and passing on Gojuryu skills at the highest level, giving others the opportunity to grow into the best martial artists they can be.

Jonathan de Wit, who now runs North Sydney Dojo, as Glenn Stephenson did also trained under Keith Hill at the Ashfield dojo in the late 1980s/early 1990s attaining the rank of 1st Dan. Due to family and work commitments he ceased training only to take it up again in 2008 to train directly under Glenn and was awarded his 2nd Dan in November 2012 at the age of 45, showing that like Glenn, age is no barrier

Franky’s passion for karate and all styles of martial arts began in 1984, when he first started training under Glenn Stephenson Shihan, at the demount-able temporary Ambarvale Primary School and spent 2 years training in Goju Ryu achieving his 6th Kyu green belt.
Franky started training again after a long lay off in 2011, at the Rosmeadow Dojo of the Karate Academy, under the guidance of Glenn Stephenson Shihan and also, Michael Patrick Shihan.
He tested and achieved Shodan Ho black belt in November 2013.
Franky enjoys all aspects of karate, and most importantly has a natural flair for teaching that is educational and FUN. From the intricate details of Kata training to the high intensity of the Kumite training. Most importantly, he enjoys the health and well being that one receives from training at the Karate Academy, as well as all the great friendships that you form with fellow students and teachers.

Jessica is the head Instructor at the Bexley Dojo established, 7 October 2014. Jessica first started Gojuryu in her teens under George Berounis (IKO) Miagikan Gojuryu Karate do she achieved 1st Kyu Brown Belt. After taking time off to study education, get married and start a family. She now has three children, two sons and one daughter. Jessica returned with her children to train at Gojuryu Karate do with Pat Drago Shihan, where she achieved 1st Dan Black Belt in 2010. Jessica runs ladies fitness classes and basic self defence classes for women and children, she delivers seminars and short courses in high schools targeting anti- bullying and self defence. Jessica is a qualified Trainer and Assessor in Early Childhood and is currently studying to further develop in her field.
Jessica joined The Karate Academy of Japan Gojuryu Seiwakai Australia early in 2013 under the guidance of Glenn Stephenson Shihan. She traveled to Omagari, Japan in July 2013 to attend Gojuryu Karate do Seiwakai International training camp and from there has Joined Gojuryu Karate do Seiwakai and All Japan Karate do Federation Gojukai (JKF Gojukai). Jessica tested for 1st Dan in Gojuryu Karate do Seiwakai in November 2013 and then upgraded her qualifications in May 2014 to include a 1st Dan Black Belt in JKF Gojukai. Since joining the Karate Academy Jessica has been a devoted participant in all the karate academy activities.

Nick began his Karate journey in March 2003 with GKR in
Sydney then moved to the Gold Coast in 2004 and continued his training
with GKR until June 2015. In this time Nick achieved many Kata and
Kumite Titles at all levels including 1st and 2 x 2nd in 3 consecutive
GKR World Cups in 2009, 2011and 2013 for Veterans Kata Division. In July 2014 Nick capped off a great year and made into
the finals of the JKF Gojukai Championships in Sendai Japan for Kata. July 2015 he joins Seiwakai Australia and opens the
Gold Coasts first Gojuryu Seiwakai Dojo in Burleigh Waters in late August
2015 and training under the guidence of Shihan Rod Martin , Shihan Jamie Duggan and Sensei
Chris McKenna in Brisbane on a regular basis. April 2016 Nick wins the JKF National Kata Title
